We are looking to add a friendly, get-it-done individual to our team.
The Routing and Production Coordinator, under the supervision of the Director of Operations, routes daily technicians, adds produced worked into our system, communicates with customers & technicians in the field.
Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, computer skills and some customer service.

Scheduling of services daily communicate effectively with technicians in the field sending out automated and manual notifications to customers regarding upcoming service following systematic approach to ensure customers are serviced in a timely manner take direction from the Director of Operations Assist & Collaborate in service annual completion strategies Generating reports daily, weekly, monthly Monitoring progress of service completion via tracking software We offer:
